We collaborated with VoiceOps to revitalise their digital presence, focusing on both design and communication clarity. The existing site had strong foundations but lacked cohesion and visual rhythm, so we redesigned key sections to introduce more hierarchy, breathing room, and polish. We refined the colour palette, typography, and layout to align more closely with their brand voice—professional yet approachable—and ensured every visual element supported their positioning as a data-driven coaching intelligence platform.
Beyond aesthetics, we restructured page flows to simplify navigation and strengthen conversion paths. Product pages were reworked to highlight outcomes instead of features, the homepage was rewritten to tell a sharper story of value, and the overall UX was tightened to create consistency across touchpoints. The result is a website that feels lighter, clearer, and truer to the sophistication of the VoiceOps product.
